THE KEY REWARDS
The Key is the loyalty program from Williams-Sonoma, Inc., in partnership with Capital One, that rewards customers for shopping across WSI’s family of seven brands. In addition to the basic loyalty option, customers can earn additional rewards by shopping with WSI brand credit cards. The Key Rewards drives cross-brand shopping, deeper customer engagement and greater brand awareness.
As the designer for the Key I had a hand in creation of all marketing material, including a landing page overhaul that lives across every brand in the WSI family, including Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, West Elm and more.
