FINIS Smart Goggle
The FINIS Smart Goggle is FINIS’ most premium and high-tech product. Retailing for $200, these goggles contain a digital display inside the goggle lens that tells swimmers their metrics in real-time, including laps, splits, time and more so the packaging needed to portray the quality of the product. I chose a heavy cardboard, similar to an iPhone box, and designed a fully matte black box with the product name and brand logos in varnished black. The product requires two boxes–one for the goggles and one for the “Smart Coach” digital display since they can be sold separately. However, when the two boxes are sold as a kit, they fit perfectly next to each other in a cardboard shipping box.
Fuse Technical Racing Suit
The Fuse is a technical racing suit that FINIS makes in a variety of fun colors. It’s a great suit for beginners and those who don’t want to break the bank for a racing suit. The packaging was designed to reflect the Fuse’s tagline: Fun, Fast, Affordable.
Evo Quick-tempo monofin
The Evo is a one-of-a-kind monofin designed to let the swimmer practice dolphin kicks at full speed. The shape of the product led to a unique packaging design with the fun challenge of fitting all necessary information into a limited space and shape.
Vapor Pro Technical Racing Suit
The Vapor Pro is a racing suit for those looking for something a little more technical that the Fuse. This sleek suit comes only in black and the packaging was designed to reflect this aesthetic. This is a serious suit for serious swimmers.
Stability Snorkel: Speed
The Stability Snorkel: Speed reinvents the traditional swimmer’s snorkel. With so many features to differentiate it from what every swimmer is familiar with, it was important for the packaging to emphasize these features.
